Hey Fred;
Got any idea what they charge for shipping? Maybe work up an order among the club members and save a few bucks on shipping if possible. I need to do an inventory of what I have before next year comes around and replace some lines.
Type at you later,

I purchased a 1000ft roll of .018 earlier this year because it was a few bucks cheaper than MBS. I wish I hadn't. Just my opinion but it seems much more brittle than MBS wire. When you cut it it almost always unravels about 6". Its hard to get a clean cut on, and my lines kink much easier. The MBS wire seems more malleable to me. I am no expert on braided wire but I could notice a difference. I won't buy this wire again. Mike

Always get mine from MBS:http://www.mbsmodelsupply.com/Catalog.pdf
Great products, great service H^^

I have also ordered from MBS myself, CL scale requires .027 wire for the really heavy models which MBS does not list in his catalog.
I haven't ordered a roll yet and I don't know what the shipping would cost

Contact Melvin for the .027 cable if that is what you are looking for. He must have the big roll as I have a small roll listed for making lead outs. And there is a difference between cable and wire. Melvin works hard at having the correct stuff for our needs. He is a competitor too.

MBS is my local hobby shop.

MBS FOR ME TOO! I get 100 ft. rolls of .027 for L.O.'s. I'm sure he will do you a bulk roll.
