Well I finally got off my duff and took the Arctic Fox out for some flying.  After redoing the nose I was having trouble getting the Brodak .40 running.  Even the electric finger wouldn't get it going.  After sitting in the back yard and playing with plugs and fuel finally got it running.  But anyway half day at school on Wednesday let me go to the field to play.  Was going to start with the newest Fancher handle but leadouts are staggered too much.  So out comes the Big D handle.  First flight was different and I could tell it as it had never pulled that hard before.  Out come the tape measure.  I had hooked up my .15 sport goodyear lines.  So I pull out another set of .015 and measured them.  63 feet center of plane to center of handle.  By the way what ever was wrong with the B40 was cured.  Thought I was going to flood it getting it started but, half dozen flips and it was running.  First flight on correct lines I did a pattern but, didn't feel right.  Checked my leadout guide and wing tip weight.  Leaned the B40 out to a rich two stroke and flew.  Made three more patterns and it felt great, did narow the spacing on the handle a little.  Decided I had enough time so out comes the cable, furrels and swagging tools.  Made a set of lines for the Fancher Handle and the Fox.  Moved the clips to match the Big D handle and flew several more flights.  May have to move the clips in a notch or two as the Fox was a little friskier with the Fancher Handle.  What I need to know is how do I get the inside and outside loops the same.  The handle is set with it verticle and control surfaces neutral.  It doesn't hunt and seems to be level wings upright and inverted.  Anyway I am happy that it is working even tho it is not as pretty as it used to be.  Also no pilot head yet. H^^

I saw a little short bearded guy in Portland Or. fly one of those.

Now who was that guy???

Hummmm?
The pilot of this plane nickname was "Doc!"
When I heard about this crash.....Thought of our "Dear John" came to mind.
Perhaps both of you "Doc's" might reconsidering renewing your pilots licences? LL~ LL~ VD~ H^^

I guess that is why I never got a real pilots license.  I know how I fly. LL~ LL~ LL~

Hey Doc don't feal too bad, I have had two Brodak Cardinals and strained both of them through tree branches.  The worst part was they were both great flyers.

Geez Andy,  Step further away!!  One is an oops, but two!!? 

Mebbe you have a subconcious mad on about cardinals.
