The 2011 rules are posted on the Brodak website. The major changes
are the addition of the Brodak 15 in Clown racing (in addition to the OS LA15) and the addition of Phase II OTS, for flaps only. Entrants may choose to enter either OTS, for non-flapped models only, or OTSII, with flaps only, but not both events. Both will be flown simultaneously. A flapped model may not be entered in OTS. Limited to intermediate and advanced only, Top Flite ARF Noblers will be eligible to fly in OTS phase II.
