Try a little more right thrust in the engine. I build all my planes with the same problem. How is it during the overhead eights? There has been mention of gyroscopic precession being the culprit and adding a "Rabe rudder" being the cure.

Add tip weight to the outboard tip. This will give you the line tension you are looking for. Adding engine out thrust will only induce yaw.

So, if it's not enough tip weight it should do the opposite when flying inverted? If I fly it upside down and it does the same thing is it an elevator problem?
It could be. I would seal the hinge line on the elevators to make them equally effective. If one elevator is doing more work than the other it can cause the plane to try to roll in or out.

Add tip weight and don't forget to take the warp back out of the wing. Start over with a straight airplane and make only one change at a time. A degree or two of right thrust will help to cancel out the torque of the engine, but don't make it excessive. If you must use some sort of wing trim, use an aluminum tab on the outboard wing. It's more subtle and easier to adjust than twisting the whole wing. Also make sure the horizontal stabilizer is level and square with the fuselage.
Good luck and have fun,

I agree with Dan....make the airplane as straight as possible....
THEN, get with the Philly Flyers.....they'll help!
Have fun!

Nobody has mentioned leadout position yet. Make sure the leadouts are about an inch behind the balance point as a starting position.

Sounds like you have a small warp in the wing. Dan mentioned using an aluminum tab. I had to use one on my Goldberg Shoestring. I used a coke can. I cut about a 5" piece and folded it in half and it was about 2.5" wide. I inserted it into the most outer part of the trailing edge I could get it on. I left the folded edge out as the trailing edge of the tab. I only had to bend it slightly up to get the plane level.

The stab isn't level with the wing.
