Title: Brodak Legacy
Post by: andreas johansson on April 07, 2009, 01:19:57 PM
Hello everyone

Today I ordered a Brodak Legacy kit from my CL supplier here in Sweden. Of the C/L kits currently manufactured this is my dream machine (I might change my mind if someone would produce a semiscale FW-190 stunt ship). As they had the Legacy in stock I told them to ship it immediately  ;D
I intend to use an ST51 (italian made) as I have the engine on hand. It only has about 20 minutes of total runtime.
I will change the landing gear to a carbon gear mounted to the fuselage.

I have read John Millers excellent review of the Legacy and it seems to be a good aircraft.

I´ve looked at some pictures of the Legacy, is i equipped with a trim tab in its stock configuration? If not, would it be fine to cut 3" of the flaps and make a trimtab on the outboard wing?
