Title: 2018 Brodak Fly in, Who's Attending
Post by: Will Davis on February 15, 2018, 05:11:50 AM: 2018 Fly In will start on Monday June 11 and End on Saturday June 16.

A few changes this year with Paul Smith's Racing events , and a additional Fun Carrier event .

Basic flight will now be on Friday after First Round of PA .

The 2017 Sharing of Models rule has been eliminated for 2018.

Pilots Choice award for PA ( 3 Awards )

For Question or Concerns you can Contact Mark Weiss , Myself or any of the Event Directors for information .

I am Looking forward to our Annual Family Reunion in John and Buzz's back yard ,

In 2018 it is OK to share a model in Profile, Classic, N30 and OTS. In PA Advanced and Expert , you can share, but only the builder of the model will get appearance points .

i need to run a few ideas by Will and Mark. In my opinion this event needs new ideas...it was very hard to keep folks interested in doing and or watching this event in its current configuration last year. It is a great event but it has become a "little been there done that"

My ideas are more centered around the flying portions i.e. balloon bust competition etc. Something that would be fun to do and fun to watch.
