Title: Brodak Customer Service

I had a small issue with an item from Brodaks. I e-mailed them and a day later...Bam!! Problem resolved.
Great customer service. If it wasn't for these folks I'd still be just flying RC.

So many positives one after another, just goes to show that the breed of person who flies control line , is also running shops with the same level of help anyone at all cost mentality. Its the people that keep me coming back.

Thats the reason I DONT fly RC.

I have had two issues with kits from Brodak....and both issues were settled immediately!  Great bunch of people there. H^^

Don't leave out RSM Distribution,  alias Eric Rule.  Took several emails to find out why a certain kit was missing some wing ribs.  Good ole technology left them out on the laser cutter.

And about Brodak I got a kit off the bay,  supposed to be the Original Tomahawk in print and picture on box.   In side was the new version.   Contacted Brodak even tho I didn't get kit from them.  Received a kit of the original with an apology.  John Brodak and crew are great people.
