Fox Hurl Scandal?
« on: June 22, 2016, 02:14:09 PM »
Is there any truth to the rumor I start I heard that Fox Hurl officials have hired minions to surreptitiously collect the thrown Foxes at the upcoming event, crock-pot them and sell them on the Far Eastern Black Market to innocent collectors, purportedly touting them as "The only Fox engines in current production", then buying beer and bar-b-que with the proceeds?

I know those people, and that sounds like something they'd do.

Floyd, be assured I have nothing but respect for the alternative financial services and goods your Market supplies to the restrictively regulated "fair" market in the Far East.
The nefarious scheme rumored to be in the works is patently an attempt to pull the wool over the eyes of all others, merely to satisfy the bar-b-que and beer "jones" of a few.
I've no doubt of your innocence - you're a pawn in this as much as anyone if the rumor proves true.
Keep the faith. Monitor the advertising of your distributors and final dealers so that nothing of this besmirches the fine reputation of your organization.

The rumor I heard was that ANY IC motor was going to be allowed now. This is due to the quality of electric power now relegating IC to a second tier (tear?) status. Might as well make good use of all those OLD engines!

They will now have WAM  engine size classes for the Hurl. Of course only real men enter class D Hurl.

You'll have to pry my cold, dead fingers off my Johnson... Hmm, that doesn't sound quite right.

So it seems they're no longer satisfied with only beer and bar-b-que - trying to up the ante to even more valuable relics such as our big old Johnsons!
If any of them show up this fall in Ferraris, Porsches and the like with built-in beer coolers and bar-b-que warmers (obviously unaffordable on a Fox Hurl Officer's salary), it can only mean they're expecting a substantial increase in income from elsewhere.
Be forewarned - you're being played with! Hang on to your Johnson!

If you're gonna fling your Johnsons about, you'll want to wear the Fox hat.

And a knee length easy opening top coat.
I may be wrong but I doubt it.
