That is a good ad for the forum.

But howcome you call this the biggest community?  i am not trying to start anything just wondering why you call it the biggest?  SSW has 1400 members and UHP has 425 and Stunthager has 407.

i am just curious.  I like this forun it is good and has lots and lots of activity.

Thanks for another excellent output for modelers of like interests.

Well you can bet that SSW some of 1400 have not been active in a long time and UHP 425 in a year and a half and us at 407 in 3 months. The math states than in a year the projected numbers will be allot higher and after the Brodak distribution well you get it. Not only that I didn't write the add John did. Have fun   y1

Not only that look at the recent activity on both of the other forums. We are getting  4000 hits per day.

1600 members by years end.  Lofty goal, but you cand bet the brodak add will help.

Way I see the forum shakeout, this forum will end up on top. SSW has alienated many people by Leonard's hard stance on JB plus several other issues resulting from his liberal use of the delete key. Sad to say UHP has kinda gained a bad boy Spidy Hole reputation which many do not want to be associated with. We may not like what transpired but this is the way I see it.

This is a good board with no politics which I think was a smart move by Robert.

The open forum here is kind of like being at the circle. We have a lot of chatter and a lot of kidding. Mix this in with no politics and no bashing. Throw in a dollup of airplane pictures, a half cup of technical data and you have the recipe for success. ::)

Yes Robert, this site will get there.  I have sworn off of UHP and very seldom get on SSW.  I hate to do this to you but, Onlycontroline is my main site I go to first.  It is trying to bring the whole fraternity of control line into one group.  Now, I also say this is the best site for stunt info.  In Iowa there were two hats and a T-shirt being used.  Later,  DOC Holliday

I went there and looked around.  I don't know how new it is but it is a free hosted site. If it had the traffic this site has they would have to pay I am sure. While it looks like its a local club site it has promise.

Robert,

I am pleasantly surprized at the success of Stunthanger thus far. :D  I believe your insistance on no politics is the key.

To some of the others in this thread:  It's my opinion that negative remarks about other sites can only serve to harm this one.  Lets be careful and watch this site grow. ;D

Tom,
I agree with you on this one a hundred percent. Actually it would be best to let each of the sites stand on their own and make no mention of other sites at all. Whether the remark be positive or negative.

Stunt Hangar has grown, IMHO, simply because it is a non-political site.  Well, actually because it is non-political AND there are so many good people here.  I will not say anything negative about any other site.  They all have their place and I visit them as well!
It's just that this place is so "firendly".  y1

I didn't hear of anyone stepping forth and offering to help him pay for the site.

You won't find any of that BS here and people love it! As far as help paying for it well he sells Hobby products and services I don't. You have made one post and I should have Known the tone it would be. This forum is like TV and Radio if you don't like it here and like it better somewhere else , Tune in your favorite channel.
