Hi ,
I picked up a Brodak Accentor and was wondering what choice of engine(s) I should mount ?
I have an Enya SS45 Ring S-PL Pro , or should I try the Brodak .40 ?
I'm kind of leery about putting an OS .40 FP on it .
Any help would be appreciated .
Thanks ,
Rob K.

I am still flying my "Brodak Accentor" with a RO-Jett 40 BSRE with the mini muffler. Had it out last weekend and forgot how well it flies even tho it is a little heavy. I fly on .015 cable 65 feet long using a "Fancher Handle". Can't remember the name of the prop, but, it is 11 1/2 X 4 1/2. Have fun, DOC Holliday

Given that AFAIK, the Accentor is a clone of a Pow-Wow, any 35-up, including a Stunt Fox, should be all it "needs" (but on 57' lines, not 65', of course). We had one (Pow-Wow) for years, with an OS Max-S 35 pulling it quite well. But I tried pulling it out of a wingover a couple of feet below ground level on its last flight -- below paved ground level, that is . . there was some odd wind, and contrary gusts, so I wasn't trying anything difficult. Probably should've flown the tank out level, but just couldn't resist a mere wing-over.

Set it up for both engines, If it is tail heavy use the Enya. If it is on the light side use the brodak, they are both very good powerplants.

Thank you for the help Gentlemen ...
Methinks I will try the Brodak first and see what happens y1

All the B40s we've had around here just needed breakin per the instructions. If you try to fly it out of the box, you may hate it. Break it in right and you'll love it I expect.I like Enyas, too. Like works of art, the way they are made.

Rob - as I recall, Mike Palko flew one at Muncie and did quite well with it.
Had a STOCK FP 40
