Not sure if this is where this needs to go,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
I ordered some things from Brodak on the 5th
No word on shipping or any thing.
I e-mailed them and no response.
Any one have any trouble with the folks there at Brodak before?

Pick up the phone and call! They are very responsive if you talk with them!!! y1

I have always gotten great service from Brodak, If they make a mistake they will correct it to your satisfaction.

I've have not had any problems with Brodak. As stated use the old cell phone and give them a call.

I have been ordering a lot from them of late and Patti is always very quick to ship out and send a shipping notice. Best to give them a call. Maybe the online order just timed out and did not go through.

like everyone says give them a call they replaced a new 25 P/L that had a bad crome job ,sent it out to me and told me to bring the bad one to the fly in dosent get any better than that

Well, Folks, I called Brodak this afternoon and they apologized for having not sent me a shipping e-mail notice as
well as a tracking number.
They researched the order, found the shipping invoice, did a USPS tracking search and found out it
is at the local post office awaiting my picking it up. :-)
All I can say is that the folks there at Bradok are great people to work with.
