Brodak's Contest
« on: June 16, 2021, 02:54:53 PM »
This is the week that Brodak's used to be held.
It was a fabulous contest; a throwback to the old triple A contests.
John Brodak really helped the sport of controline flying with his company and contest.

Rest in peace, John.

Sad to say I only made one of them and that was a sort of short vacation for the wife.  The ladies did take under their wing.  Yes we did take one day to go to the Hershey factory. D>K

It was some of my fondest memories of my time in the hobby. Rather then have this thread turn in to a sad trail how about we post some highlights of our times spent at John's house.

Here are a few memories.

Paul:

Thanks so much for posting that video.  It was fun to watch!  Glad to see that Windy is doing well.  Maybe some day.....

Thanks so much for the Windy link Paul.
I have very much enjoyed the Windy and Al videos that you have generously put up on you tube.
