He seems to be.  He posted 2 days ago in the Ukraine Info forum.  A search should turn up contact information.

   Brian is still around, but had been shut down for a few months to go on an extended holiday over this past Christmas/New Years  and the month of January. I do believe he is back home. I got some stuff right before he left and have been following his vacation on FB. He is in Australia, and opposite US tme more or less but usually responds the PM's through SH pretty quickly.
