Well, it's like the OP said, he's spraying clear, that's why you can't see it! I'll bet it's the really expensive, good, really clear stuff too! That's why he's wearing those special glasses so he can see it!
Type at you later,
Dan McEntee
It certainly had nothing at all to do with Uncle Jimby not wanting to get unremovable overspray off his $700 phone. I assure you that *lots* of paint came out of that gun shortly before. It was so bad, Jm couldn't even watch...I have to admit that I have never seen an AMA number on the bottom of a wing. Beautiful ship - good luck!
It was indeed shockingly expensive.

I am going to have to think twice about shaking your hand now that you have sprayed those nasty chemicals!
This all presumes I don't "accidentally" run over it with my car, or arrange for a safe to inexplicably fall on it. Had you asked me yesterday morning, I would have been all for it.

Still not buffed out. July 4 will be a busy day.Looks Great. Somebody wants FAI corners! To bad it has to be buffed. I love them Satin. Aren't these tiny stabs just beautiful. LL~
For you to say that, it MUST be $$$$$^$$$!
Yes, I can feel your pain in that sentence.
You can stew over it on your drive to Muncie....
Oh wait, your chauffer is driving your plane there. My bad......
Hi BrettAlso wondering - They also appear to be a higher percentage of chord at the tips.
Just wondering ,it looks like you have full length flaps on this one if I'm no mistaken. If so have you find any difference in performance between the Old and the new flap sizes?
Cheers steve

I do have a dilemma, this is the first time in decades I have had this many functional airplanes, so I don’t have any place to hang them all up.

I have a hangar slot open in my garage ceiling since the demise of the T.P. I'll trade the space for flights....# to be negotiated.

p.s. are those tail feathers an extra 10% or so or are my eyes playing tricks on me?
I can hear all the sanding and buffing , today, all the way up here.
Hope it comes out beautiful!
Btw, happy birthday Brett....
Next year will be the BIG one!
Will beeping and whining mode be sorted by then ? *74?
Oh, I expect I will be whining - like "where's the nurse with my pudding?", "I'm falling and I can't get up", that sort of thing.
Brett
You might be hearing it in the Hampton Inn on Monday morning, too, I am getting pretty tired.
If that’s the paint I think it is, you’re not going to shine it by hand. Get the official PTG rig, as used by the JCT.
It does fine by hand, but I have mostly been using a banjo grinder and a positive mental outlook. Plus, I make no pretense of being as good (morally, physically, or mentally) as either PTG or any member of the Jive Combat Team. I just don't have what it takes.
Brett
A banjo grinder? I've never heard of this, can you elaborate?
