Friend of mine and master pilot Osni Buchler Leme developed this kit for F2B competition,
called Nemesis.
can be either IC or EP and engine suggested is 60. up.
Heīs taking orders and can ship anywhere in the globe.
price is about 450u$ (due to the high cost of the machined aircraft grade alluminium take-a-part system
fixed wing version u$ 370,00+ shipping
full take-a-part u$ 450,00 + shipping
kits are cut with contest balsa and comes with bellcrank / horns ( take a part system on the other version)
each model can be build for electric or glow versions
the pictures shows the prototype and some cosmetics has changed as well as wheel position ( final is on wing and tail gear is the most common with longer wire)
iīll be doing he kit review shortly here

Fred,
I took a really good look at your photos, I see many others have also for a Thread that's been up a day. Shy to reply?
Design and construction is at the top of the curve, perfect airfoil. Seems your Take-Apart HDWE is also.
Take-Apart HDWE. Looks like Tom Morris is no longer producing that HDWE, so some interest should be in the HDWE, one would think. Is that HDWE from Brazil?
Wing reminds me of Igor's Shark, which I've seen fly in very capable hands. WOW!
Wish I had interest in Pattern, I'd sell stuff to get my hands on that great looking model.
Colors and scheme is well thought out also. Double kudos for that. H^^
Price seems fine and all that great HDWE is included.
See how it goes. Good luck.
You guys from Brazil are raising the bar. That's for sure!

Looks like another fantastic kit from the land of Brazil. If I was into large plane I might be interested. Now I have a question who is going to take on the writing the late Marcus used to do. I had always wanted to meet him as I don't think he came with the team to the states to fly. He is missed. By the way the Chumpim20 is one good flying plane with the Brodak .25. In fact the guy I fly with thinks it is best plane in my stable.
-
Very nice looking. How many square inches is it? And is there room in the belly for a tuned pipe?
-
Great looking kit. Where can we find info on how to place an order?
Thanks, Steve

Hello Charles, how are you doing?
glad you saw this one!
Yes, he will sell the take-apart hardware for those interested, iīll be back with prices
the design really have origin with the shark, but was developed to better suit the wood kit and engine choice
iīll start the kit review in January and be active here again!
regards from Brazil my dear friend!

Hello Doug, have asked the guys and will be back with that info (hard for me to figure out with elliptical wings!)
i belive you can hide partially the tined pipe, like the Thundergazer half recessed. The designer projected for glow / EP so probably he thought of that

Hello John!
so glad to hear that you liked the chupim! in fact itīs based on a PILOT Japan kit of the 70-s, forgot the name!
about Macus, heīs missed every day, he made such a presence everywhere!he flooded facebook, brazilian foruns and whatspp groups daily with his model stuff, i mean FLOODED indeed, he was a constant presence, donīt belive anybody else will be able to take up his gigantic work.
No he never visited USA with the teams back then, he was absent from modelling then, he was such a charcter, very intense, akin to help and learn, amazing guy, flew off too young! i was with him on his last day and he flew up to the sunset that day!Missed for sure, worldwide!
regards!

Hi Fred,
The chupim20 looks like the "Prince 45" made by Pilot. Good flying airplane. (Bigger than the Chupim20 though at 60" span.)
-
A great looking airplane! I am surprised that an International Formula 1 airplane was used as the inspiration for an F2B airplane.

Fred: sent you PM several days ago, wanting to get this kit on order. No reply yet ??

The Yatsenko Shark is based on Harvey Mace's Formula 1 air racer from the early 70's, oddly enough also called the Shark. Also, I don't think the Nemesis NXT is/was an IF1, just the Nemesis with no suffix.

Looking real good Fred. Always liked the lines of the full sized one.
I can't wait to see it with one of your killer covering/paint jobs on there.

Vince

Hi Fred:
That is one beautiful model! But I think your blue tape hinges may not be strong enough. You might consider using plastic ones.
You may not know the answer to this, but will there be a non-takeapart version?
-
Was the non-take apart version ever kitted?
-
Osni says kits are available. Shipped to the US, $500 fixed wing, $600 take apart. facebook site is Nemesis CL. $100 dollars of the price is shipping.

I am in the process of building my kit right now, and I
must say it is a joy to build this plane. Everything, and I
mean everything, is laser cut. Everything fits perfectly.
I will be powering mine with a Discovery Retro 68 and
can't wait to get it in the air.

Keep those progress photos coming Steve. I'm very interested too!
-
Dear Steve

A little more progress on the Nemesis. I'll be getting back to work
on it later this week. Have been out of town for awhile. I'll be using
a Discovery Retro 68, side mounted for power.
Steve
-
That's no name for a stunt plane. Pretty airplane, though.

man, you'll sh!t a brick with the name for the one i'm working on then.... hahhahaa
-
Howard, the wing is not close to scale but the fuselage certainly looks to be inspired by the Reno racer Nemisis.
-
Carbon fiber cheek cowl production.
Steve
-
How much does that carbon cowl weigh?
Keith
-
Right now, it is 20 grams. I'll be cutting a couple of air intakes
in it and also cutting it down to size, so it should lose a few more
grams.

After about five full days in the garage I have made a ton of progress on my Nemesis;
aka Relentless. For the past two months I have been finishing up the building, getting
all the little details done and preparing the plane for finishing. This past week I was able
to finish the doping/filling, priming, and painting. I have to go back to work for a couple
of weeks, so I am going to let the plane sit and allow the clearcoat to get good and dry
before final buffing and construction. I weighed everything yesterday, plane, motor, prop,
tank, screws, tip weight, etc and came up with 66 oz. Which of course, means it will
probably weigh 67-68 oz.

Looks good Steve
