The problem with electric is that once you get the smoke generator and sound system installed, the plane is too heavy.

Sit down with a sheet or two of paper and start designing your next plane.  Surf the net for balsa prices etc and find out how much your latest might cost if you ever get money ahead. Go to the narest contest you can and volunter to help. Read all the colums on this site and learn what others are doing.

Download one of the free cad programs like google sketch up.  And start drawing your next one

Take an inventory of the stuff in your shop.  (and clean it) Old kits and engines might be able ot be sold and turned into money to finace a new project

Find a friend that has mone money than time and build something for him.

Contact Chuck Feldman, the cardboard king. You can use alternate (found) materials. You don't get any world beaters, but it works real well for sport models. Cloroplast, (signs) works well too.

Why do you think so  many words are mispelled.   It now the mowing I need done, it is the mower itself.  Have replaced starter solinoid, the key switch and a safety switch.   The battery is good as I can hear the mower solinoid click when I pull the switch knob.  Just no battery to the  starter and can't find any breaks in wiring.   Guess must be another saety switch somewhere I can't find.

Find and check the blade engagement safety switch, it will prevent the starter from engaging.

That's the first one that gets bypassed on any mower I've owned, next is the reverse cutout. Don't feel I need protection from stupidity by the manufacture

What do you do when you have nothing to do? Nothing to build or cover or paint. I,m borad.

Hi John,

I am "bored" but for a totally different reason!  It just isn't real safe for me to make the trek up and down my stairs to my workshop, yet.  Still recovering!  But, I make build lists, check off lists for the work that needs to be done once I can get there.  I have too much to do, but can't get to it yet!  Besides, the feelings haven't completely returned in my hands/fingers.....

Good Luck,
Bill
