There are actually a few ways to obtain the Waiver.

1.Get it off of the the events section of Stunt Hanger

2.Call or Email me Lynn Weedman CD of the KOI

3. Call or email Gene Martine (he and I are working together on this)
    904-891-9482  or gmflying@bellsouth.net
    and he can also get a copy of the waiver to you
