The original had a Fox 29, and i think i would go with a LA 25 these days since the fuel tank compartment is kinda cramped.
I have a 1957 Fox 25 (19 case) in my scratch built one.

Hi Rob: Got rid of all the snow up in the frozen tundra ? Like Bill said the LAS 25 or the Brodak 25 would be great also. I really like my kit from RSM also, will get to it someday soon I hope.

I totallyu forgot about the Brodak 25! OOPPPPSSSS!!!!!! It should be a perfect match for the Bluebird. y1
I haven't seen one of the Brodak 25s yet......... :(
The Bluebird should fly pretty good, and it bears a great resemblance to the later Lark fom Charles. I need to decide on a color and spray mine! y1
