Bird brained flying buddy.

This Pea snuck up on me as I was filling out the flight log. It seems he was interested in the plane as a possible mate. He followed me all around and I had to put him behind a fence so I could get a full flight in. I have seeds in the box now if he shows up again.

I wouldn't take her to a dog fight even if she had a chance to win.

Start the engine and spray your buddy down with castor oil mist and prop-wash. That's what I always do when I have a problem with Spotted Owls and Bald Eagles.  LL~ Steve

Probably a tame escapee looking for a handout.  One of my neighbor's (before I moved) had several of these birds as pets and they were escape artists that often showed up at my house to steal dog food.  Beautiful birds.  I too would have a hard time doing anything "mean" to them!  I'm not usually such a softie but there's something about a Peacock (especially a Male) that's very special.

   White like and albino or a white species? I've only seen them in Zoo's before this.I think he belongs to a house just outside the park grounds. Someones pet with a thing for balsa and monokote.

FYI they are not good in a Gumbo or Jambalaya

Have a neighbor 1/2 mile away who has about 2 dozen Peacocks.... they think it real fun to invade my 2 + acres and torment my 4 smallish dogs....French Bull dogs 2, female Chichuha 1, and F Boston Terror 1   ( not a mis spelting)

This year we have a nesting pair of Road Runners.... rather comical to sit on front porch, watch dogs try to run down the Pea cocks  (they can fly) and when too close to the Road Runner nest...the male RR gets very high strung and joins the game

The only birds that fussed with my hobbies are Geese, both at the flying field, and golf course

I did have a raccoon, one time, come grab a cox tether car and destroy it

On my property I have to lock up "in the house"  the 4 dogs when grandson and I want to play RC car in the yard... each of them can easily run down the top and rag doll it into destroyed pieces in very short order

Last Xmas my brother gifted me a (shame and apology) a small toy type DRONE that for me is a hell of a lot of fun... chasing my dogs all over....my excuse to she who must be Obeyed... I am exercising the hounds...grin

We have one French Bull dog that I bet can hit an easy 35 MPH chasing something.... strange for that deliberately bred to be sedate FBD breed...BUT our 28 Lb Gus, can easily catch a distracted buy a "Female in heat" male tree squirrel

This Kookaburra decided to "help out" a while back when I was  bench running an Enya SS50 built up from New Parts.

At first I thought it liked the warm muffler as it arrived during a cool-down between runs, but you can see it readied it's wing to flip the prop...

Guess it was just a good vantage point in the bush clearing to look out for some lunch.
