I am sad to loose this moderator but his health has left him in absence of the forum. So I was asked to relieve him of his duty's. He is a moderator of 3 boards. If someone would like to step up and lend a hand send me a PM thanks Bill for all you have done.

Hi Bob;
I saw Bill on New Years Eve, I think it was with Steve Smith getting our December fligjhts. Hope he's doing OK. Bill is a neat guy, just like having him around. I can't be around the computer consistently enough to help out here, unfortunately. Hope Bill is better by the Ice-O-Lated contest.
Type at you later,

To all who have sent me notes or posted concerns:
I had an aortic heart valve replaced at the beginning of October. I am recovering nicely. Rehab has kicked my butt! I am making some MAJOR changes in the way I live my life. I am including a structured exercise regimen, much better eating habits and a lot less stress. I have lost over 30 pounds since the surgery. My goal is to lose 30-40 more by this time next year. At age 74, I am no longer allowed to "coast along" on good genes. I need to put some work into it if I want to continue to be active.
Thanks for your concern and good wishes. See you at the Ice-O-Lated.
