Title: Best place to order some 1/64 ply
Post by: John Fitzgerald on February 28, 2012, 07:15:34 PM
At least 12 x 24 sheets.  Shipping is outrageous most places for only a sheet or two.

Go to Hobby Lobby or Michaels.

Zuriel,
Those places don't have anything thinner than 1/16, and it's lite ply at that.  They quit carrying the good stuff a couple years ago at least.  The new hobby store does not have plywood, neither does Fox or HT in Ft Smith.  Ordering is the only option for me.

I get my aircraft plywood from National Balsa. They have choices on the number of ply laminations and sheet sizes.

At the above link, found a two by four foot sheet.   I have a friend who goes near there a couple times a year.   Maybe get a sheet in a few months.  Should be enough to last a long time.
