This is where the fun fly was held last year in Pasco Washington. Thanks to Joe Just and Dave Miller and the whole club from eastern Wash. This a ballfield parking lot there. Nice open air. And the contest this year will be held there. Nice bunch of guys and Gals

Leo,
Glad you enjoyed yourself last year, Looking forward to getting some competition flights in at the sight. It is a really nice sight. From my observation and limited experience, it seems to be the cleanest air I have flown in, except for the high school football feild here in Pullman which sits down in a very very deep bowl, heck there isnt hardly ever a breeze even in that hole,, I started flying somewhere else cause of wake turbulance. But when the wind is howling, I can fly there fairly safely.I heard you and Scott will be helping with the contest this year?

Leo, Thanks for the kudos but here were many involved that made the event so successful. Most of all it was the 23 guys that showed and flew for two solid days, enjoying a meet without pressure, just fun. I do however have to agree with you about what a great place it is to fly in. We are so lucky here on the East side of the Cascade Curtain! Hope to see you in Portland and am llooking forward to the entire year of getting together with all you guys!

I plan to show...if I can find someone's couch to crash on. :)

When is the contest?
-
Tentatively scheduled for the 15th & 16th of Sept. We have the area reserved for those dates and the use of two asphalt circles. Schedule will be Profile and Classic on Saturday with PA on Sunday as well as a couple of racing events on Saturday. There are still a few details to be worked out but hope to have a formal announcement within a month or so.

I'll sure try to get there. If you give me the lowdown by March 20, I'll put it in the Stunt News calendar. That should be a good date; I don't know of any other contests in the West that weekend.
