Cobra mounting holes

Does anyone know if the mounting holes are the same on these two Cobra motors?

2820-14 /840

The motor mounting holes for the two Cobra motors are the same. However if you use the mounting bracket they are different. This information along with other data is available on the Cobra website. https://www.cobramotorsusa.com/
