Temp. was 91, wind was 5mph. It is always good weather before the Nats.
Roger and his pink Caprice, and the Davis special in the van. I flew the Geskie Nobler, and my FAI Waco for the first time.
See ya all this week-end.

Beautiful WACO. Is it the YMF5? I got to fly one once and have been in love ever since ;D ;D

Sounds like it is going to be a warm NATS. Looks like a bumper crop of corn also. Now go have fun with those great looking planes. H^^

Zuriel; It is a 2005 Waco Classic, built at the Waco factory in Battle Creek, Mi. I got to watch this airplane being built, ( over four different trips) and watched it take off one snowy day in January 2005. The people there gave me the .50 cent tour, and they were very gracious to answer all my (sometimes stupid) questions. If you are ever in Michigan, go take the tour.

Bob Edelstein, a life long Free Flighter was the production manager ar WACO, he retired several years ago. Nice to know a modeler was in charge of such a great program.
OOPS, Gorgeous WACO Allen!!!
