I built 2 Bear cubs from Steve Moons plans, both fly a nice pattern on 50' lines

this one has the Parra .15 diesel and 8x6 APC , covering is Profilm

A very nice looking model. What is the span and weight, are the plans still available? Nice to see someone else still using diesel power..............John.

wing span 38" ish, this one weighs 25 ozs, I believe Brodak will have a kit,

John Miller drew up plans but suspect his accident has delayed production

of the kit, I will buy one myself when it is available and make an electric

setup for it. I have a second plane with a CS Oliver diesel also flies well

I have a third one on the bench awaiting batteries from HK

Having fun while I can

John Miller says he scaled the "Brodak design" up a little from Steve Moon's plan... which Ultra Hobby Products still seems to list.
