Baxter Plans / Bob Mears
« on: September 20, 2022, 01:02:09 PM »
Greetings!  Can anyone help me with this one?  About a little over a month ago, I did some digging for a flying buddy of mine, Larry, who subsequently wrote the check and ordered a set of plans for the "Renegade" from the Baxter/Bob Mears collection.  Well, he, Larry called me today to say he hasn't yet received the plans but neither has his check been cashed.  I haven't had any luck contacting Mr. Mears and was hoping someone could help us.  Thanks in advance.

Jim,
Bob Mears loaded the whole collection to either the MACA site or Vintage combat pages on facebook. They are in the files section.

As an aside.....Barry was severely injured in a full scale crash some years ago.
I think he is disabled due to his injuries.
I haven't seen or spoken to him in years but we used to meet up at Modelcraft Hobby in Gardena, Calif years ago....Barney and Peg's place.
