Title: Back in Good Ol'e 'bama again
Post by: Jim Pollock on April 30, 2006, 03:50:39 PM
Well,

On 27 June I will be loading up a trailer with my household goods and moving back to the state of Alabama.  If everything goes according to plan my address will be changing to 618 Maxanna Dr, Anniston AL.  Myself and Tom Morris plan to break in the new Model Park soon to be under construction in Calhoun County.  Oh, yeah - the new house there has a 900 Sq foot shop that is heated and air conditioned.  I will be retired and turning out some new creations.   ;D ;D ;D  Woooppeee  %^

Jim Pollack,

Be still my headdy heart, O crap this is the same thang you all told us last year and the year before that. Down in Bama we are getting so many new CL flyers that we may need to vote you back in as a Gentleman in good standing. Temporary Alabama citizenship may be the way for you to go right now, Jim. See Alabama is cracking down on Illegal alliens right now and you beeing from out of state for such a long time, well it ain't going to go  over to well, if you know what I mean. The men upair in that part of the state ain't a going to want you messing around if you aim't legal and all, knowwhatimean!

Heck I bet you can't remember how to make sweet tea or how much butter is enough on a piece of cornbread or if corn meal or flower is used to fry green tomatoes. Dang we may need to give you a test before you come home.

Well no matter, I got about twenty gallons of 5/22 Sig fuel and if it takes burning all that fuel while flying with you to get you straightned out, well so be it. Tom Morris said count him in. Yea, well that's another story.

See ya when you get here Jimmy.

Hi Jim,
Well it seems that after three years on tearing around, I'll finally get to meet you.
It seems that Ole Boy Jim has purchased a house in UA, Upper Alabama.

I went by Tom's today for some parts and you were the subject of the conversation! Tom tells me that you have already purchased your home and almost ready to move, well that's Fantastic. Tom seem to be upbeat! He also thinks that you'll be dragging him out to the field to fly almost every day, hopefully!

After two years of trading remarks of these forums, I'll finally get to meet you in person.

Looking forward to it Jim.
