I just received my Coyote kit, and all I can say is WOW!  This is my first kit fron Walter and man, oh man is it nice looking!  I know now what all the hoopla is around his work is about!  Thanks Walter! Great work!

The trouble is that most of the cottage kit makers are grossly under appreciated, Many scratch builder seems to think that no one can build a better model then he can becuse he selects every piece of wood that goes into his model.
To set the record straight all of the kit makers are extremely conscious of what they put into their kits and perhaps because I'm so attuned  towards Walts kits I have an acute understanding of the demands that Walt takes in the production of his kits.He is in my opinion probably the most accurate producer and his wood is at least the equal of what a scratch builder would put into their own creation. His attention to detail on his plans is almost obsessive and I know for a fact that draftsmen know that only the best will get in under his accute eye for detail.. The plan has to be accurate  and if classic, as true to the origional as possible.
I'm writing this only to confirm that his kits are probably the best that money can buy and while I complain about the cost the price is forgotten long after the quality remains.
Hopefully my kit will be here tomorrow.

As an aside to Walt's kit quality, I received a call from Walt when he got my check for the kit.  He seemed excited and asked me if I realized that I had mistakenly sent him 2 checks, one for the kit and a blank one.  I said I did not realize it and just send it with the kit.  A couple days later I got the check in the mail with a note stating that if he had done it his wife would be all over him!  I had a feeling that he was a quality guy and it has been proven out by his actions and products!
