So we are going to a Car / Truck show this weekend to check out some cool cars and trucks, and maybe steal some ideas.
Something Wynn said in another thread got me to thinking.  :!

Let's have a Plane show.

Show us your ride for 2009. What you have been flying, or going to fly this year.

Let's get all the photos in one Thread. Maybe even have a Pilot Choice award at the end just for fun. You know how we like to compete. S?P

(I will throw my stuff in the middle of the thread. Don't want to scare everyone off.) HB~> %^

So for those of us who do not attend the Nat's or some of the larger contest around how about showing the rest of us? <=

The idea is to get a bunch of pictures of all the planes that flew in 2009 season. It is just for fun. Come on guys.

Oh,

One little thing that Derek left out of his post is that his Evolution was the Concourse winner at the Nats.
Derek also forgot to mention that he's already won the Jr World Championship with the Dreadnot he flew at
the Team Trials.  Of course, Billy also won the '04 World Championship with the Razorback P47 he flew as well!
What an Awesome team we have for the '10 WC's.  I just wish that Dave Could be part of the team effort, but,
oh well he's still going and representing the U.S. as the reigning World Champion!  ;D

Very nice Pathfinder Bill!  That plane is on my short list of 'wants'. I've got an ST51 that might be a good fit.

See ya soon, Larry

Here are a couple of mine.  A Ringmaster Trainer, 40 ounce powered by a U/Tronics Control (electronic) throttled Blue Bird RC 25.  A Barnstormer, 30 ounce powered by a Fox 35 with stuffer back plate and hemi head.  Has 1 1/2 ounces of lead bolted below the engine.  BOM.

Brodak Ares was my weapon for 2009, and will be my weapon for our last contest in two weeks, Pal Park.

Put the RSM 10-6 on it, and the plane flies better than it did with the Top Flite powerpoint that was on it.

Wait for what you will see for next year guys (of course pics will be and are being posted)  H^^

My current favorite...rotten pic I know, this was in the middle of some modifications. I need to get a nice pic of the finished product.

Not in the same league as you guys, .061 powered, 34" span, 250 sq. in. wing.  48' lines, planning to try 52'.

Called "the Double Cross" after his "CrossFire" cousin...

It still needs a clearcoat
