Gil, it's 2-1/2" back of the leading edge measured next to the fuselage (p. 18).
Note that this is a safe starting point, but that very small changes in the CG can make very large differences in the performance and sensitivity, due to the very low tail volume coefficient (short and not much area). The Nobler also changes its performance drastically from the beginning to the end of the flight, as the fuel runs out. When you adjust, adjust in small increments - like 1/4 ounce on the nose and 1/8 ounce on the tail.
The usual checks on the CG still apply, but it's probably always going to seem a bit nose-heavy at the beginning of the flight, because you won't get through the hourglass reliably with the CG in the ideal position for the beginning.
