APC 3 and 4 blade props
« on: March 01, 2008, 05:09:19 PM »
Has anyone tried using these props for stunt? I've always wondered how they might work for our use, especially the three blader. One thing that makes me wonder is that they have some extremely narrow blades on them. Let's hear some opinions...

 Thanks!

Yes, I used the APC 10x6 4 blade on my B-26 Marauder powered by Randy Smith Magnum 36s.  The propellers did well.

I tired a 9x5 three blader on a 35 sized plane. For one flight.

I have a 9/6 three blade on a very heavy profile Oriental powered by a very good OS.30S . I only flew it twice last Fall and was impressed . (A) Heavy plane-50 0z. (B) Smaller engine- OS.30S . For the price, give it a whirl.   H^^
