Title: Anyone know if Phil Carter is still in business?

Sent Phil PM and email (got bounced back) anyone know if he is still doing Core House? Last post in the vendor section was Oct 14.

I tried the number he listed in a PM he sent me and got the response "not excepting messuages at this time".
