Anyone know.... ?
« on: May 31, 2007, 11:02:15 AM »
Anyone know if the solid lines sold under the Brodak name are stainless steel (ie 302) or astm A228 music wire type as required per the AMA rules for speed flying?

thanks, Graham in Embrun near Ottawa Canada

Call or e-mail Brodak - that's the source for the EXACT information.

If you are in need of solid lines for speed, go to the MBS Model Supply site.  Melvin caters to the speed and racing people.   DOC Holliday

Thanks for the pointer, I did in fact contact Melvin and is able to fix me up with want I need.

I finally did get an answer to my question about the Brodak branded solid lines - they are stainless.

cheers, Graham in Embrun near Ottawa Canada
