Actually it's the new airport manager wanting to be sure we have insurance. The property is owned by a private company on the airport but he wants it anyway. We have AMA site insurance so it's not a problem. Catching up to this guy seems to be. He is never in and doesn't return emails or phone calls.     Mike

Thanks Mike for staying on him. I called him today and only got voice mail. I have grown fond of the flying site in Sumner. Its a short drive for me. Three of us flew there Sun AM , no issues.  Both sites are a problem with a south wind.

Hi guys,

Just got back into town after almost two weeks of, well, a lake resort largely in the rain. Joy. But I got a lot of reading done anyway. We did have a few nice days anyway.

Glad to hear the Narrows is back. I don't know about the site in Sumner.

The Sekrit Sumner Site iS on the other Side of 167, and 3 blocks north...eZ to find. The return to the Fwy. is a bit tricky if you're Northbound! :-[

Pretty much the same sort of good/bad wind issues, but with a lot less traffic problems. I'm not a fan of the Hwy. 16/I-5 interchange.  >:(  Maybe it will be better when all the construction/distruction is finished...but I doubt it!  VD~ Steve
