Title: Antique Control Handle

That's a tool box handle.

Post by: De Hill on September 03, 2008, 04:20:35 PM: I collect controline handles and reels, and have two or three of the handle that you've pictured. All of mine are not painted, and have no manufacturers marks on them. I think they were manufactured at the end of WW2 out of a surplus cast aluminum handle, and a manufactured crossbar. Note that this is a Hard Point Handle.

From looking at the holes it looks like the outside holes were used more then the others?
