Antique CL kits - Give away
« on: March 31, 2025, 05:37:46 PM »
I recently came into possession of three antique control line kits I’d like to give away.

First come first served.  You pay shipping from Arizona.
I make no guarantees regarding the completeness of the kits

1) Comet Wildfire - Open Kit, plans included. No box cover.   Speed plane.  Plans copyright 1947

2) Ameco  Short Snorter - kit designed by Bill Skipper, includes tissue.  No plans.  Mostly block   Class A

3) Midwest Super Snorky - Kit appears to be very complete.  Plans included.  Box in good condition. High wing trainer. Pre-bent music wire LG.  Thin airfoil, built up wing fully sheeted.  Class C & D

I hope you find a good home for them.   I have kits, planes and engines that need to go on the Bay. D>K

I'm sniffing a Snorter coming to a mailbox near me!

Thanks.

Just checking . . . is the Snorky trainer available?

I know this is an old post but I'll try anyway,

Thanks, Myron
