Is anybody out there using the new Google Sketchup for stunt applications?
They have a neat add-on which allows you to draw a 3-D object, such as a fuel tank, then print a fold-out template (with "glue tabs").
I started using it, did part of the tutorial, and found nothing intimidating or difficult. Since then, when I needed to draw something, I've used Excel and "square" grids (my old way of drawing) to get quick results rather than try Sketchup. Laziness on my part, in short.

I think it would be a simple, effective system for components, explanations, diagrams, which is most of what I "sketch"
