Another Flite Streak owner
« on: September 24, 2011, 06:19:56 PM »
Some of you may remember my nephew flew with us last year at our Cheezehead. A few weeks ago he said he wanted to come over one weekend and build a plane. I told him we could not build one in a weekend. But we coul assemble one in a weekend.
So we got a ARF Flight Streak and put it together last night. It was like one of those building TV shows. We got started around 6pm. I figured we would be done my bed time. Well our bed time ended up around 1am.
I flew it first for a check flight, then he got his first flight on his new plane. Then the rain came in.
I will post pictures later.  He did most of the work. Why the late bed time.
Yea Tyler!

Joe
That is a FP 20 that he got a real sweet deal on. (Thanks Zuriel! - Just don't tell Lou)
It was NIB and we ran two tanks thur it on the ground. Started on the first flip! It held a good needle and had a ever so slight break in flight. I have never had one run that nice.
Tyler is a happy camper.
PS thanks for the picture Ryan.
