You guessed it I won it. I finally started to get serious about getting my Score finished.  As I always have done in the past with ARFs I hinge all the control surfaces first.  Well guess what, if you glue in the elevator hinges you can't install the assembly into the fuselage.  This would have been obvious if I had just read the instructions but heck who reads instructions with ARFs duh. 

No big thing a little body and fender work will solve the problem, guess I should read the instructions for the rest of the build.

You can cut the pinned hinges off and install monokote hinges , they work well .

That's Andy, anything to get attention.  By the way I can remember kits that did not even have instructions.  Like when my brother put the wing in the fuse and had it flipped/flopped,  heavy panel goes to the outboard.  DOC Holliday

I think the way you did it is best all the way around, anyway, since I like to mount the control horn solidly to the stab TE.  So I still have to cut a slot, or in some other way compensate for that.
