What to do
« on: January 16, 2023, 04:54:15 PM »
Temps in the 50's and sun shine.  No vehicle and no body ready to put up with me.  An auction on the bay in which I was only bidder.  Looked like a bunch of junk.  Two Fox 35 Stunt that good tender care, an OK Cub .074,  two 4way wrenches.  a bunch of needle valves and a lot of stuff.  Fired up the engines today.  One Fox ran great and needs mor run time.  The other Fox the back plate was leaking.  Thought I had it sealed.  The Cub took some fiddling ass the fuel tank was too high and kept flooding.  Just need to get used to it as was an engine I always wanted as a young teenager.  This was before I got my first Red Head McCoy 35.   I am happy. I thought I was in a new world when I graduated from Cox .049's to a McCoy Red Head on a Ringmaster.  Later, another quantum leap to an LA-46 powered Pathfinder, and recently I was gifted a large Shark with a Super Tigre 60.  I have only flown it once (2 fights).  It's in a new category altogether.  Man, does it pull.
