VSC-25 Hq. Hotel Accommodations

Please be advised:

The only rooms available at the Riverpark Inn will be on the SECOND floor.  As of today, barring any cancellations, all ground floor rooms were reserved by another group which beat us to it.

If this presents a problem for anyone, please advise.  We will suggest other nearby lodging.

Unfortunately, no elevators.  Stairwells only.

I've never seen any, so early this morning I phoned them and asked about it.  Desk clerk confirmed "no elevators".
