I wonder if thats what they mean by flying by the seat of your pants?

It was Paul.
The weather was fabulous on Saturday and then the .020 decided not to run! I'm still not sure what the approved name for it is? Is it a Mini-Ringmaster, a Micro-Ringmaster, a Tiny-Ringmaster, or? I suppose calling it a Dwarf-Ringmaster is no longer politically correct. Hey, what about a Pigmy-Ringmaster? Not that either? Oh, okay. ???
There are more pictures on our facebook page.

Looks a little small for the .020. I think an .010 would fly that. Mount it to a hard hat like Tom Lay did with a built up stunt model, I'm sure some one had a photo of that somewhere. Can be dismounted and flown when called for. That ought to fly on 25 foot lines, I would think.

like this

We call our double sized Ringmaster - "RingMonster"
-
Call that black and yellow one "RingTot," and call the other "I want the plans!"
I'm envious of the man that owns the red hard hat. I could fly that small-fry in my back yard!

Here is Paul's other Ringmaster....

If that's Tom Lay's hat and model, I think it's an old style baseball batting helmet. I have a photograph of he and I standing next to each other, which was presented to me at VSC one year as "the Having Most Fun Award." One of my most prized possessions.
