Aluminum spinners for electric
« on: May 29, 2023, 06:25:21 PM »
I have seen them before but no idea where to find them. I’m looking for spinners for my electric planes that the backplate is also part of the collet assembly. I think MPI used to have them but I can’t find them on their site. I know spinners, especially good quality aluminum ones are at a real premium now since Tru-Turn left the business. Ideally, I’d love to find some in 2” left hand rotation version. If anyone knows of a source, please let me know.

Thanks, Matt

There was one at Radical that was exactly what I am looking for but it was out of stock. I’ll give Dave a call tomorrow and see if he expects to get them back in anytime soon.
I found one from EFlite that is good but not reverse rotation. I went ahead and ordered one. I can hack out the blade holes to fit reverse props. A too big hole for the blade is better than no spinner!
