What adhesive may I use for applying an iron on covering other than Brodak’s?

Mod Podge works extremely well with MonoKote but you have to let it dry thoroughly and sand it smooth. You have to be careful not to heat it too long in one spot or it will form tiny bubbles under the monokote that don't smooth out easily. You don't need as much heat since the monokote glue seems to bond quickly to the Mod Podge.

Hello An easy to use common adessive is contact glue , tins or tubes and apply with a brush and thin with lacquer thinners. When dry it normally heat activates with an iron so you just iron on the covering weather it is Brodak fabric or plastic film. It's a lot quicker and not as messy as using dope on the Brodak covering.

I've used thinned Tight Bond glue. Very happy with results. Thin to paint consistency paint on ,let dry. Easy cheap and worked great on old RC plane having been run on glow power
