       I see 4 lengths of carbon push rod tube held to the elevator with masking tape!!  The photo shows them being used on a giant scale 3D acro model. They use a servo for each elevator mounted at the back of the airplane, so you need something to help you align the two halves. 4 straight sticks and some tape will do the same job,

Not masking tape. Strong magnets. The tape looking stuff is to protect the finish.

  Yes, I realize that. But 4 straight sticks and some masking tape can do the same job. The sticks could be long enough to go further up on the elevator to give a better representation of where the whole surface actually is. It's kind of necessary on those giants, not so much on smaller models. And i agree with Paul, 70 bucks!!!??? The world needs more quality 2" spinners more than it needs these !!

Here's another tool for you. I've been holding off buying another Robart incidence gauge. This adapter fits the Robart bar and with a Wixey Angle Gauge ,separate, is much more accurate.
