Drug Store Fuel

I remember back when the local hobby shop was closed and we needed fuel.  You could go to the local drug store and buy methanol and castor oil and make up your own 80/20.  Just a trip down memory lane.

You can still get castor at the pharmacy section of some big grocery stores (Haggens in Oregon City).  I'm not sure about the methanol -- but you could ask.  Probably be expensive.

The problem with electric is that once you get the smoke generator and sound system installed, the plane is too heavy.
