I found a way to store my planes, they're out of the way and easily retreived. I just put four 1" drywall screws on opposing sides of the rafters and I used baling twine and tied loops in each end for each plane. It works best to hang the plane upside down so you can rest a wheel against a rafter so the plane doesn't hang to one side.
This is my Shoestring that I bought at an auction for $9.00. I just added the engine, tank, landing gear and Monokoted the wings. The guy who built it painted the whole plane with polyurethane. Even the silkspan on the wings was painted with polyurethane. It really made it a strong plane. I've landed it upside down on asphalt twice now with very minor damage. The first time I ground the Monokote off the near wingtip in the picture. Yeah, it's ugly, but my ugly planes seem to live the longest. I scare the daylights out of this thing every time I fly it.

I like this idea because it is simple and inexpensive. #^

I have just one plane hanging in my shop. I keep bumping into the landing gear. I guess that's a consequence of being 6' 2". The rest of my models are stored in a 20 X 30 out-building.

Here is how we store our planes. The bigger ones hang from their prop on wood strips we mounted along the rafters of our basement then we made a second row for the 35 size planes below the 46 size ones all hanging by their prop. For the planes that don't have motors we just took a piece of cord and looped it around the landing gear and then a piece of wood like a paint stirring stick (the thick ones) and hung them from that.

Here is my rack made out of 2" PVC. I'm going to make another that holds two more models. I left too much space between each one.

If you have the room you can oppose the planes and it will counter balance if you cant secure to floor or ceiling. Just don't take them all off 1 side with the other full.

They do make anchors for concrete walls to bolt shelves to. Look around Home Depot or Lowes.
