Vic Macaluso Crusader

Do any of you fine fellas happen to know where I can get my hands on the plans for Vic Macalusos F-8 Crusader?
I’m looking for his second version he designed in the nineties, based on Randy’s SV-11.
I know it was published back in the day, but I can’t recall which magazine.
