Some adds can cause issues from images or content that they are loading from off site that may seem like some kind of Malware but it's usually just broken links or missed communications over the net.

Depending on your own security settings(a.k.a. "paranoia settings"), your system may flag an occasional innocent site as a threat.

This is more a issue with the ads on this site. Some are complaining STILL about the ads run here. When I first started this site we had no ads but the cost was $6.95 per month. We were small. Now we are large and we have a dedicated server at $300.00 per month. I sell nothing so I can not afford to justify the site without support. So contributions go for server costs. The ads make up the balance. I get no opposition from the supporters about ads. I am only opposed by select few.
