I am not one to tell a person how to trim out a stunt ship,(but I get called on to do that sometimes) but, my sense is that, if your daughter is going to bite off the inboard wing, she is going to end a dutch roll particularly on hard maneuvers above 45 degrees. This is going to be exascerbated because she is flying a twin. In addition, your daughter is using quite a bit of swept back on her wing, (well done!) and this could possibly magnify the problem even worse. I suggest she goes for a leadout reposition as opposed to eating the wing, thereby making her trim-out much much easier.
